ONLINE CATALOG:
Moojoes Kids Gear Inc. will try to maintain its inventory to the best of our ability and out of stock items will promptly be displayed. We apologize for any inconvenience if an item is out of stock. At that point we will contact you and give you the option to wait for a new shipment or cancel your pending order.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR:
In the event that there is an error in the description, dimensions or pricing of the product, Moojoes Kids Gear Inc. reserves the right to correct any of these errors or update our information without prior notice. In addition, Moojoes Kids Gear Inc can refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Moojoes Kids Gear Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
PRICING:
All products on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars. Shipping and sales taxes, if applicable, may be added to your total invoice price. The customer is responsible for the payment of any shipping charges and sales taxes that will apply to your order unless your order is picked up directly. We do ship internationally. However international orders may be subject to import duties, custom charges and brokerage fees and you are responsible for the payment of any fees that may be levied, if applicable.
